Michael Almodovar is a native of Oceanside CA that now resides in central Alabama. His coaching career goes back over 25 years in minor league and high school football. Coach Mike Almodovar was inducted into the Minor League Football Report Hall of Fame in 2019. His legacy and contributions to the game of football are upheld in the highest regards. His commitment to excellence from his staff and players has always been deeply appreciated and respected.

Coach Keith has been coaching for 15 years. He brings a wealth of coaching knowledge on offense as well as defense. He has coached for several winning organizations and has won multiple championships as well as 2 national championships. Coach Keith has accepted the challenge to lead Team USA Revolution in the years to come.

Coach Cordero Mayo has been coaching for 8 years. In that time was also playing Semi Pro Football. Coach Mayo is a native of Chicago, IL. He graduated from Middlesex High School in Saluda VA. He has coached sophomore and freshman football at Crete Monee High School where both groups went undefeated 3 years in a row. He also was the special teams coach and assistant linebacker coach for the varsity team. Cordero has work with numerous amount of athletes that has gone on to play collegiate ball and to the NFL. Cordero Mayo has successfully competed at the Semi Pro level where he has played and helped his team win a number of bowl games, and championships. Coach Mayo has received many MVP’s and honorable mentions from organizations and was named most valuable player in the Semi Pro Bowl in Orlando Florida. Coach ended his playing career at the top of his game and being inducted in to the 2022 Minor League Football Hall of Fame.

Theodore(Teddy) Frie Offensive Coordinator I’m starting my 4 th year with Team USA Revolution FC. This will be my first year on the coaching staff as I retire from playing to coaching. I started my semi pro career in 2018 with the West Texas Drillers playing O-Line. After a few years I joined the West Texas Oilers and after a year I transitioned into a O-Line coach before working my way up to Assistant OC. After 3 years with the Oilers I became the Owner/Head Coach of the Texas Titans based out of West Texas, this will be our second year as an organization and are looking forward

Born and raised in Belize before coming to Chicago. I attended Corliss H.S. On the south side of Chicago where I played 4 years then attended Northern Illinois University where I played as a running back. Upon graduation, I ended up playing semi pro football for the Chicago Horsemen. After playing for them for a couple years I was picked up by the Chicago wolverines. While playing with the Wolverines I transitions from a running back to a linebacker. As my career expanded, I played for several teams like the Chicago Mustangs, Joliet Thunder, Leyden Lions and the Illinois Cowboys. I am currently a captain and outside linebacker for USA REVOLUTION FC, where u hold 3 championships and currently had the honor of being inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Tim Bailey Defensive Coordinator I’m beginning my sixth year with USA Revolution FC. This will be my second year as the Defensive Coordinator. I’ve been in Amateur football for 14 years as a player and a coach. I have won a few championships as a player and a coach. I’ve won championships with The Abilene Crush later joined forces with another Abilene team, forming the Texas Crush and we went on to win another championship. Moved back to Lubbock, Texas and joined with Lubbock Liberty and won a championship our first year. A couple of years went by then I joined The West Texas Oilers, we went to back-to-back championship games but came up short. I’m currently with the Texas Titans as the Defensive Coordinator/Asst. Head Coach in West Texas, and we are currently going into year 2.

In 2012, the Texas Mavericks had a top ranked offense, with a 5' 9" rookie QB that posted just 5 INT and a 95.7 Q passer rating for a 9-3 season. That offense also averaged 258 rushing yards per game. What everybody doesn't know, is that the Brownwood offensive coordinator, Glen Covey helped build & develop the offense that they still run today. A team that has made two Championship game appearances and a National Bowl Game victory. Coach Covey was the Mavericks Head Coach in 2004 & 2005, leading some of the best talent that the team ever had. Covey pays incredible attention to detail when assembling his offense, and is one of the very few Semi-pro coaches that truly understands how to evaluate players skill sets. At least 6 players coached by Covey went on to play professionally indoor football.

Jason is a 1995 graduate of Coleman High School in Coleman, Texas. He graduated college in 1997 from Ranger College. He also attended Sul Ross State University. Jason has been involved with coaching and refereeing youth, high school, and adult sports for over 30 years. He is currently the owner and head coach of the West Texas Scorpions LLC. He has been with the Revolution family since 2018 and currently serving as the Special Teams Coordinator. In his personal life, he is the owner of several small businesses, is a big game ranch manager, a 25 year veteran of professional and volunteer firefighting. He has been married to his wife Andrea for over 15 years. They have 3 children, Lilly, Dylan, and Barrett.

Billy Finley linebacker coach as a player for 8 years has won several League and National championships and individual awards as a coach has been coaching Semi-Pro for 11 years and brings a wealth of knowledge at the linebacker position to Team USA Revolution.
